TIAM does not directly provide legal or professional services and is not responsible for service outcomes. 2. TIAM reserves the right to modify fees, providing advance notice to users. · Users in Canada and the United States are billed through UCAN Technology Solutions Inc. · Users outside North America are billed through TIAM Global. 4. Cancellation and Refunds Cancellation and refund policies are set individually by service providers. While TIAM may assist in mediation, it does not guarantee refund outcomes. 5. Intellectual Property All content on the Platform, including trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and software, is the exclusive property of TIAM or its licensors. Users are strictly prohibited from reproducing, modifying, distributing, or using such content for commercial purposes without explicit written consent. 6. Limitation of Liability TIAM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform, including interactions and transactions between users and service providers. 7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the respective TIAM entity: · Canada for users serviced by Tiam Canada. · UAE for users serviced by Tiam Global. Disputes must first be reported to TIAM’s customer support for resolution. Unresolved issues may proceed to arbitration or the courts located within the applicable jurisdiction. 10.
